We’ve been together since 1983, making memories and making art.
We’ve travelled the world together, absorbing the colours, culture and history.
Darbella’s photographs capture the landscapes, architecture and human interactions of our complicated world.
Wayne is fascinated by people… he photographs them both on the street and in the studio. Some images become photographic prints. Others become paintings.

Wayne
Wayne Allen is a contemporary figurative artist whose vibrant acrylic paintings are rooted in his own photographic explorations.
Drawing inspiration from the people, places, and fleeting moments he encounters, Wayne transforms everyday scenes into expressive works of art. Many of his pieces feature nudes, street scenes, and the occasional foray into nature, all unified by a bold use of color and dynamic brushwork.
Most often, Wayne’s creative process begins behind the camera, capturing real-life moments that later serve as the foundation for his paintings.
His focus on the human figure is often rendered in intimate, candid poses that celebrate both vulnerability and strength.
Working exclusively in acrylic, he brings a sense of immediacy and energy to each canvas, inviting viewers to connect with the emotional undercurrents of his subjects. His work is a celebration of individuality, connection, and the beauty found in both the ordinary and the extraordinary.

Darbella
Darbella MacNaughton was born with a camera in her hand.
She is endlessly creative, seeing art in the everyday, in the moment-by-moment movement of the world.
Her second gift is editing, seeing her images shift and become playful works of art. Her images re true works in progress, emerging as ever-changing expressions of her creative eye.
